Ice cream has been losing its identity... ingredient lists littered with additives and words that you can’t pronounce. We make our Gelato bases with high quality, locally sourced ingredients. Our flavours vary seasonally as we only source the freshest produce available.
Traditionally, the cream is stirred as it is slowly frozen, in order to break up large ice crystals that start to form. However, with liquid Nitrogen we freeze the mixture so quickly that these crystals don't have time to grow so large, meaning that we can create a fine, smooth, melt-in-the mouth consistency!
